The thesis deals with finding such a competitive strategy, which enables a well-established Copany to remain on the leading edge of sales finance market in the Czech Republic. To do that, it is necessary to acquire as detailed information about competitors´ activities, professional environment development and end-user preferences trend, as possible. Based on this information it proposes possible models of strategic options including the impact on customers, business partners and internal issues.

(in English) The thesis "Information Policy of European Union in Bangemann's activities period in comparison with USA" is devoted to the Information policy issue applied by the European Union and the United States of America. The thesis structure is defined at the earliest; afterwards the basic terms are followed. The thesis describes the European Union history, which provides context needed to be able to understand the European Union Information policy. The description and evaluation of the European Information policy in Bangemann's activities period in comparison with USA in the same time period and the possibility of mutual utilization of pros of the Information policy of both countries is the aim of this thesis. The following part is occupied with the comparison of EU and USA Information policy at the beginning of 21st century.

The thesis focuses on in-state transportation of packages up to 30 kg with a guarantee of delivery within 1 day. Subsequently, recommendations for improvement in the company's situation in in-state transportation of packages are made.

The analysis concentrates on assesment of economic development and efficiency of Société Générale between 2005-2011 as a response to the development in the global economy, including the analysis of the main reasons for its development and analysis of potential risks in future development of the group. The thesis also deals with the development of the French banking market between 2005-2011, its specifics and main players with impact on comparison of these player to Société Générale and on finding the market position for Société Générale.
